Welcome to Health & Wellbeing
Our Service offers support to students by encouraging a healthy lifestyle in order to maintain good health and wellbeing.
Our registered nurses are available to offer help and advice on a range of issues such as:
- Health promotion
- Support for those with ongoing or newly diagnosed physical and mental health problems
- Claiming for help with NHS costs
- Many other general health issues (all aspects can be dealt with)
Confidentiality
All aspects of our service are confidential. Information is protected and accessed only by Health & Wellbeing staff. Our nursing staff adhere to the code of professional conduct laid down by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. No information can be obtained or given out without consent.

C Card Scheme
From January 23rd 2012 University students aged under 25 will be entitled to a FREE C-Card.
The C-Card is a plastic fob with a printed bar code that you can attach to your keys.
Owning one of these will allow you to recieve FREE Condoms, Chlamydia tests and a range of health information from over 65 locations across the city including the University Health & Wellbeing Department at both City and St Peter's campus.
